Thank you for visiting our Web site. The Grant, Smith and Dassler has been providing quality service in the Pearl River and Metropolitan, New York area for over 50 years. We specialize in all aspects of personal, home, auto and commercial insurance.
We are owned by Hank Dassler and Ed Grant, both who have over 50 years of insurance experience. Hank started with Aetna C&S where he did underwriting, rating, appraising of insurance risks in the Metro NY area. He then purchased his own agency in Pearl River where he sold and serviced all lines of insurance for the residences and businesses in the area. Ed Grant commenced his career in insurance with the Continental Insurance Company underwriting, rating and analyzing insurable risks for proper coverages. He then joined his father in his agency selling personal and commercial insurance products in the area. In 1999 Hank and Ed combined their operations into the present company Grant, Smith & Dassler, Inc.
